  High end hostel. The AC was great and it helped immensely with the high 90s heat out here. The staff was maybe the most helpful that I've ever dealt with at a hostel.

  The hotel is located in Navarro, so getting to the Pamplona city center is a bit of a hassle. And there isn't much going on in Navarro, so you'll probably spend most of your time in Pamplona. My room was quite small. It only had the space for a bed and a mini desk. The bathroom was odd, as the shower didn't have walls surrounding it on all sides. On the plus side, the room had air conditioning and a closet.

  The gentleman that runs the cafeteria/bar has a horrible attitude; the desk clerk even apologized for him at one point. Two of us were there for breakfast our 1st morning. We ordered 2 continental breakfasts and we had to ask 3 times for the 2nd person's coffee. (3 times after the full meal had been served)

  I stayed here during the San Fermin festival, so all the prices were higher than usual, I presume. Regardless, I spent €120/night for a one bedroom, and for that price I expected a lot more than what I got.

  Also, while the housekeeping services were thorough, they don't take, "No," for an answer. Several times we told them we didn't need/want any cleaning, they would come back 2-3 times. Not usually the biggest inconvenience, but a little tedious if you're trying to sleep later.

  The hotel staff was amazing! We stayed during Sanfermines and they were very helpful, answering questions, making everyone's stay the best possible.
